Item must be received within 15 days of purchase (out of state )and within 1 week (in US)or will not be accepted. Please include invoice or a note stating (Name, Phone Number, Email, Size Needed). Exchange is allowed same or different style once again (with difference paid if needed or in some cases rest will be placed as store credit )but once again no refunds . Item exchange will only be allowed one time per order. Item must be in its original packaging, clean, unworn, and odor free with tags .If item is used, stained, with odor or no tags will be refused and sent back. We recommend shipping item back with tracking number. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST, MISSING, OR STOLEN PACKAGES.

ID must be shown when picking up your order and must match name no exceptions

Orders must be picked up within 15 days or transaction will be canceled and a 20% restocking fee will be applied. Remaining amount will be given as store credit ONLY. Items that arrived with any kind of odor or stain will be denied. No exceptions.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages .
Route insurance is available for purchase at check out if the insurance is removed we can not file a claim and are not responsible. If order is lost, missing, or stolen we must be notified within 5 business days as claims are time sensitive and could be denied.
Any order that is refused, sent back, or canceled after it's been shipped or fulfilled will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Shipping will not be refunded. Remaining amount will be given as store credit.
